‘ve been busy, but here’s a photo of Bill holding a balloon at the Chicago Cultural Center earlier this month (his birthday weekend in fact!). Lots of things going on, just not enough time to post. Hope to catch up soon!
ound Friday picture for January 13, 2012. I thought this was an appropriate picture for today seeing as it snowed a bunch yesterday—the first REAL snow of the season (despite my post about snow last week, which only stuck for a few hours). But I also liked the bright and crazy colors on this house in the midst of all that white snow. I can’t remember exactly where I found this picture, I think it was part of the loads of random pictures I found in a dumpster when I was traveling to Canada and the East Coast with some friends from New Zealand.
almost forgot today was Friday! Here are my photos for Found Fridays. I found these in a junk shop in Chicago this last summer. I love the colorful balloons. They remind me of summer birthday parties when I was a kid. One of my birthday parties in particular was held a place that had bubblegum ice cream and a fire truck in the parking lot that you could climb on. Life did seem a lot more colorful then. Maybe we need more balloons in our lives.

This one is coming a little late in the evening because I’ve been sick all day, but I hope you like it none-the-less!
